First off, the founders of the company were born and raised by the sea and that allowed them to start honing their seamanship skills very early, allowing them to mature throughout their childhood. The vision behind this venture was to share their love and knowledge with the rest of the world. The mission is to make catamaran sailing your number one choice when it comes to vacationing afloat.
Konstantinos Theodoropoulos
Konstantinos is one of the founding partners of our company and is in charge of all commercial and technical matters.
He has been involved with yachting for almost his entire life from sailing in the Aegean with his family to rebuilding classical boats.
He has lived between New York and London for 12 years and holds 3 degrees in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering and Finance from Imperial College of London.
Achilleas Grigoriou
Achilleas is the company CEO and Operational Manager. He is in charge of all aspects of the day to day business with main focus on client satisfaction.
Born in the city of Athens, Achilleas found love for the sea at a very young age, swimming, snorkeling, or fishing all through his childhood. He found his true passion in sailing after completing his skipper’s training back in 2007, but his career and his passion would still take separate paths for many years.
His work took him around many of the European Metropolis’ and China East Coast, but at last 3 years ago his passion and profession finally converged when he became one of the founding partners of Catamaran Sailing Greece.
This new member of the Lagoon family has style and a strong personality.
While keeping a family resemblance and retaining the main features of the latest generation of Lagoons, it shows us a new path: unhurried evolution, a new “organic” approach, in search of harmony between living space and man. An elegant silhouette, flowing curves which, by virtue of a noticeable acceleration of the lines in the bows and in the new coachroof design, emphasise the powerful and dynamic nature of this new model… A VPLP design naturally, a guarantee of performance under sail!
